		<description>I&#039;m not talking about sunset time, I&#039;m talking about a blue-ish sky.  I know when I was there the sky wasn&#039;t black until a long time after 5pm, so I don&#039;t know the exact times.  Unlike here, where the sun apparently sets around 4:30 now but it&#039;s black at 4:45.  I don&#039;t know what it depends on but I&#039;m talking about twilight/evenings, which are incredibly short here compared to there.  What I do know, is that I was out shoveling snow one day at quarter after 5pm in Canada and it was LIGHT, very light.</description>
