I know when I was there the sky wasn't black until a long time after 5pm, so I don't know the exact times. Unlike here, where the sun apparently sets around 4:30 now but it's black at 4:45. I don't know what it depends on but I'm talking about twilight/evenings, which are incredibly short here compared to there. What I do know, is that I was out shoveling snow one day at quarter after 5pm in Canada and it was LIGHT, very light. I’m not talking about sunset time, I’m talking about a blue-ish sky.
